“I was in for surgery in my ankle and despite it being my first operation, I was made to feel relaxed right from check-in. Everything went well and I would like to say a big thank you to the surgical team for a great job. I get discharged later today but I want to extend my thanks to all the staff that looked after me. The care has been fantastic! Far better than expected. I am truly grateful for the excellent service. You have all been wonderful.”
