All varicose vein treatments including sclerotherapy and laser. All arterial problems, aneurysms, carotid disease, lower limb ischemia, foot problems; particularly the diabetic foot. Lymphoedema, leg swelling and leg ulcers. Groin and incisional hernias; repaired laparoscopically or open. Gall stone disease; managed laparoscopically. Skin lumps and bumps.
