Radiology
The use of medical imaging such as X-Ray, MRI/CT and Ultrasound to achieve a diagnosis.
Shockwave Therapy
This can be used on acute and chronic injuries to accelerate return to play. As little as three sessions can relieve tendon problems that are normally brought about by intense sports training and competition such as football.
Acupuncture
Acupuncture is one of the many skills used within physiotherapy as an integrated approach to the management of pain and inflammation and as a means of stimulating the body’s own healing chemicals in order to aid recovery and enhance rehabilitation.
Hydrotherapy
Great for early sports rehabilitation. You are supported by the weight of the water causing less strain on your injury.
This means you can do more strengthening, stretching and cardiovascular exercise than on land and return to play quicker. Ideal for football players, rugby players and athletes.
